It’s over, everyone. It’s actually really over this time. Wednesday night, after domestic terrorists stormed the Capitol, the electoral votes were finished counting and Vice President Mike Pence declared that Joe Biden won the Electoral College. Although it’s been a difficult week for the country, that is something to celebrate, as is Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff’s historic senate wins in Georgia. It looks good on everyone and feels cooler than ever.

The point I’m trying to make is that variety is the spice of my beauty life, and I make no apologies for it. One of my biggest gripes with beauty elitists is the assumption that press-on nails are somehow a step down from acrylics or a gel manicure.

While this regimen will help you look and feel better, you’re missing some crucial pieces from your wellness (paleo) pie. In order to know what’s happening beyond your athleisure, here is a list of the doctors appointments you should make in 2021 and every year to make sure you’re taking care of yourself both inside and out.
